I've been shopping around for a vac, and according to Consumer Reports this is a good one. It gets their CR Best Buy designation. The cheapest I've seen it for is $139.99 at Costco. 🙂

I bought this vacuum about 9 mos ago (@ higher price)... I was very skeptical, but when it arrived, I was quite impressed.

It really sucks!

No, but seriously... it's a nice vacuum. Long hose, good power, easy to change bag, and built fairly well.
