Eudora freezes Win2k when opened?

I recently installed the latest drivers for my Stealth III video card from Diamond's website. Now, whenever I try and load up Eudora, the splash screen shows, then my computer freezes up. I'm running Win2K Pro with Eudora 5.0.2. Does anyone know how to fix this?
