Hi all...
I have been trying to figure this out and am at a stumbling block.
Machine: PC ---- XP (Home) ---- clean, no problems at all, runs well.
Problem: Using a (possibly) lesser known program called "eudcedit.exe" that lives in the i386 folder in (all?) windows OS's. It's a clunky, but potentially useful program you can use to create your own characters and then access & use them from Character Map.
I can make and save and use any of the characters I make in IE, but NOT Firefox. This is what they look like in Firefox -----> 
In case this doesn't appear this way to you, it's a box with an "EO" in the top of the box and underneath it is "09". In other words Firefox doesn't recognize it so it defaults to this character.
I don't like using IE, so using it just to use these characters isn't an option.
So you know I have made numerous changes to the fonts types, styles, encoding and so on. So either I haven't found the right combination or I don't know what I'm doing, or both....and it's probably both.
So....does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it in Firefox?!
arrrrrgh
