hrm...I wish those were the ER6i but still a great price

these are great headphones in the sub $100 range. will totally drown out external noise so watch it if you plan to jog or move around with these. from 100hz to 12k they are really dead on target. problems are that they a little delicate so you may stress the cords out

How does this compares to Shure's E2C? I'm trying to decide between the 2. Buy.com has the E2C for $65.

Should be noticably better than the E2C's. That said, I went with the Sharp Auvi's myself.
