ethics of exploring abandoned places or mechanical spaces?

it's neat, but be sure to take proper safety precautions... I'd also recommend against exploring by yourself.

I need to try hunting down some places to explore in CT. I love stuff like this.

All last summer they were building a new high school right down the street that I'd visit weekly to see their progress on. It was so interesting to see the places in the building that you never see when it actually opens like all of the mechanical and IT rooms. I probably know that school better than any of the kids that go there now.

It was cool when I was in college I had the master key to all of the residence halls (I was an RA) so I could explore all of those rooms. It's amazing all of the technology that is in one, at times it felt like I was exploring a part of Jurassic Park.

abandoned ruins always fascinate me. I love to explore them, but I'll never leave any signs that I was there. Especially places with rich/interesting history
