I have a 3 gallon EPA approved model that I modified to flush the full 5 gallons. am i an anti-environmentalist for doing so?
Or just clever.
 
I find this to be a funny question. It is about saving water BUT if you see pictures of a rich person mansion they have 40 water heads, a jet water butt blaster, and a olympic size swiming pool for a bath tub. So its not the fact we are saving water, they have the middle and low class into thinking they have to save water and make it illegal if we dont so the rich can use more of it.
