I am using the integrated network on the a7n8x deluxe mobo, i have cable connection. I was wondering if this nic Intel Pro/1000 MT Desktop Network Adapter would provide me with an increase in connection speeds (a little or a lot?) same thing with the Intel PRO/100 S Network Adapter

This will have absolutly no effect on your cable speed. You cannot even saturate a 10 base T card with your internet connection.
Transferring files from one machine to another is another matter.

Actually, if you use the integrated nvidia ethernet (not the 3com one) you will have extremely low cpu utilization when using the internet or anything lan related, so it might actually perform better than an expansion card
