Ethernet port broken

I Purchased a DFI NF4/Ultra-d mobo back in March and now one of my ethernet prots is acting up. I was playing WoW when I got disconnected and when I went to check my LAN, my first ethernet port (Nvidia ethernet drivers) is flashing on and off about every 2 seconds. My 2nd ethernet port (Marvell Yukon drivers) is working fine, but I was wondering if this is something I can fix or do I need to RMA my mobo?
