Question Ethernet connection not working after cleaning pc

I just cleaned out my computer and took some parts out to clean them. I put all my parts back in and I plugged all my wires back in but for some reason my wired connection stopped working. When I trouble shoot my connection is says "Windows did not detect a properly installed WiFi adapter".
 
Title says Ethernet (wired), but your error is related to WiFi (wireless) adapter.

If you have WiFi, toggle the WiFi off/on. If you know you have a wireless card/module, then you know what you need to inspect. I'd just reseat it if it is removable.
