Ethernet Cable under the house?

I need to get some internetz in my room and was planning on just running an ethernet cable under the house. Is Cat 6 what everyone uses? Anything I should know?

Is this a fine cable?

Should be ok, you running this off a router in the house?

what do you mean under the house? If you are running it inside thats fine, if you are doing a lot of work in the walls, in the floor... in areas where its not well insulated then there are better cables designed to deal with that.
