Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

there was a big thread about it
Text

I gave the movie a huge  one of the best movies i've seen ever.

edit: and i can link like a noob.

I loved it too, even though it clicked as to what was going on like a third of the way through.

Edit: spelling error, d'oh

cliff notes from the thread?
* A lot of people all gave it huge thumbsup
* It appealed to the plot fanatics, Videophiles, special effect guys (because gondry did not use special effects.. it was all camera tricks and editing).

not to sound like an ass, but i've not heard many people call it a chick flick, you sure you actually watched it?

Well, it was certainly a romance story, just buried in a bunch of psychological wierdness.

This was an awesome movie. I feel sorry for you if you couldn't understand it, or get past the fact that it didn't have neato explosions. You can enjoy this movie on so many levels... if you've missed all of them, that's depressing.

No, it is most surely not depressing.

I usually do not like movies like this, but I was definitely impressed.

I reccomend it, and may even purchase it on DVD at some point.

saw it last night for the first time.

Does the relationship just go into a loop until that nurse sends out the tapes? because it seems, without her intervention they would just keep on meeting up until clem(sp) plays the tape in the car.

Yes, they would've eventually gotten sick of eachother again. As to whether or not they'd get erased again, that's getting into gray area.
