Eternal Darkness = freaky!

Well, I just bought this game today and have only played a little bit of it, but something tells me this game is going to give me nightmares!

There is a clock stuck on 3:33 and then a strange book has 3:33 written in it. There are weird voices. The mansion is dark!

Not really that freaky, but I have a feeling it's going to become a lot more spooky. 😀

Anyone played this game and thought it was just a little spooky?

i never played this game so i dont know

but i suggest playing it at night with all the lights closed and the sound on loud.

Yeah, hallucinations...when you walk out of the room then after playing the game, and you think you see/hear the stuff that was just happening in the game. I prefer my computer the way it is - in its own small room. If I'm in a big room, I always think I see stuff out of the corner of my eye. I've got pretty good peripheral vision; the slightest bit of anything will attract full attention though.

3's everywhere? There was an episode of Star Trek: TNG like that. Caught in a time loop, and Data sent a message back in time to the beginning of the loop - the number 3. Ok people, I have a feeling we'll be seeing this thread posted again every day, for about 17 days. Just be prepared for a little deja vu.🙂

Eh, it wasn't too freaky to me. The only one that was spooky was the one in the military hospital church the first time through. Unfortunately, they didn't make the game a bit harder or longer. It could have been great. But that's just my opinion.

Not those kind of hallucinations...

Yeh, the character in the game actually hallucinates. Pretty weird, can't wait till it happens!

Lights closed, huh? Sounds interesting...

Wait until you see the bathtub scene (been a while since I've played, can't remember when it happens). I don't scare easy, but that part freaked me out.

well this just happened to me. I think my heart just about skipped a beat when I saw this.

Talk about freaky. Right now I'm trying to do Karim's chapter, but he keeps on hallucinating! Give me my sanity back! 😀

Very fun game, I must say. The pounding on the doors and voices are kinda freaky tho. 😉

the first game that made me feel that way was alone in the dark. i used to play it late at night with all the lights off...there was almost no sound except for the creaking of the boards under your feet and the wails of the creatures in the distance.

The bathtub scene owns.

I'm wondering what the hell they're going to do with a movie though, as the rights were just recently bought.

Just started the military hospital (got the game Friday night). My vote for the best hallucination has to be the BSOD...
