i ordered a 24" Samsung monitor from Newegg and then realized
i had made a mistake thinking i could run it at a certain resolution.
so i promptly emailed them and asked them to cancel, 3 hours
after placing the order.
they acknowledged that email, then went ahead & shipped it anyway,
then somehow managed to turn it around without delivering it.
and then charged me for it, the full price for a delivered product.
(it was never delivered). meanwhile, sending me emails saying,
"don't worry, everything's OK."
in any case, i'd like to find some other etailers.
who do you like, etailer-wise ? (for computer stuff)
