ETA on 512MB PC2100 non/un?

I'm looking to add another half-gig to my current 256MB of PC-2100 DDR RAM in the next few monhts, but the only module I can find is ECC from corsair. I contacted crucial (where I got my current RAM), and they said they would announce it when they have it. Does anyone know when un-buffered non-parity half-gig PC-2100 modules will get here.
