ETA for the Plextor 712 12x DVD+RW drive?

I thought it was beginning of May. I guess they must have some production issues or something. I'm hoping this drive will be great. I have the 708a but must admit that the SATA even though there isn't that much of a performance increase is tempting.

Anyways, any ETA or word?
 
When I talked to Plextor last week they said Best Buy stores should have them on the 11th. I'm guessing other retailers will get them about the same time. The SATA version is expected to be released later this month.
