This won't be good for Dutch tourism. Of course, drug tourism is a problem, especially for the areas close to France and Germany, which get a ton of people who just drive over.

Any state that legalizes it in America should require that stores check IDs for every purchase. It should be an ID from that state and it should show that the purchaser is over 21. Boom, no drug tourism.
