esurance, anyone use it?

Looking to get a sports car soon and they've quoted me prices that are far lower then what i've gotten from other insurance companies, anyone here have any experience with them? It'd be nice to have cheap insurance but when it comes down to customer service thats really important to me.. i don't want to be left out if i get into an accident

example; progressive quotes me ~400-450/m~ and they quoted 250/m, progressive quoted about 250-270/m after i turn 21 and they quoted about 170/m.. big savings for me

I had them for a while. Worst customer service ever. Seriously.

I use them. No accidents so far, so no problems.
And they are cheaper.
Not sure how good they are on claims, cus I never had one.
