We'll see if the power of ATOT can answer this question, I'm curious to know.

For the purposes Estate Tax, does your Estate include land held in Joint Tenancy and life insurance benefits paid upon death?

Apparently its a yes for estate taxes, but not for your probate estate. Suckage. Lots of help you guys were! 😛
