Estamp question!

I have lots of money in estamp left and was wondering if i could use this money to print on avery labels to ship out packages (priority less than 2lbs @ $3.20)? I'm pretty sure I can but what do I do if I want to get insurance? How much money should I print out on the label? Do I have to pay insurance money directly to usps or can it be on the stamp? Thx.

With E-stamp going pretty quickly, I would probably get my money out of there if I could. One time it cost me $12+ to print a simple $3.20 stamp. After that, I just threw the whole thing away, except my free HP printer
