My dad and sister keep getting sh*t from these a$$holes. My dad's credit card was charged twice with these bastards, out of the blue. Today my sister just got a letter in the mail saying, "You're now a member of Essentials, enjoy your free 30 days trial - you will be billed automatically after that time period". That's just plain WRONG! We NEVER signed up for this crap service. My dad fixed it with the credit card company and didn't have to pay, but this is just annoying as hell. I have a feeling that the credit card companies are selling our information to them, and Essentials is signing us up without our knowledge. These bastards are going to pay. If any of you guys get a letter from "Essentials" in a lime green envelope, open it and make sure you call and cancel, or you might see a bill in your next month's account! :disgust::|
