Did anyone see the Villanova vs Pitt game on right now. The guy got hit in the eye and his EYE BECAME DISLODGED, it was seriously extremely distrubing. He said that he had no vision, OUCH.

WTF, when did they show it dislodged? I caught it right after it happened, and I saw him with his hand over it. Did they show it or just say it?

I feel horrible for the guy and Nova.

i stopped watching after seeing it went from pitt:0 nova:7, suddenly pitt come back to i think mid/high teens while nova only improved to 9. anyways, who got shanked?

They showed it from a side angle, you could clearly see if was messed up and dislodged. They just said they sent him to the hospitial. YIKES

HOLY FVCK. I just rewound it and it looks horrible. His eye did come out of the damn socket or something. You could see at least half of it outside the socket. It was very nasty looking. WTF.

It was so terrible....his eye literally left the socket and seemed "stuck" outside of the socket. He was yelling "I can't see!" over and over....terribly scary.

EDIT: It happened by accident in a struggle for a loose ball. Vid replays are sure to show up on SportsCenter.

FWIW, I've seen a similar injury and the guy was fine a few days later. It happen playing football, several years ago.

I hope this guy is as lucky.

Just annouced he's "alright" and it's not "severe"....sounds great for him

yeah, poked in the eye while going for a loose ball in an accident, and 'Nova lost the game
