You still don't get it. They're clearly looking for people that not only played in a Super Bowl, but did awesome. Basically, they want who you think performed the best during Super Bowls for all of the positions -- disregarding what they ever did during the regular season.

 
I know many may disagree with me, but I never felt that Marv Levy was a great coach.

Great coaches don't have players who lose their helmets on the sideline.
Great coaches don't have players who are out half the night before games.

Sure, he went to the Superbowl 4 times in a row. Look at the other people on your list... Thurman Thomas, Jim Kelly, Bruce Smith...
The Bills had an incredible team during those years. Mickey Mouse could have coached that team into the Superbowl... a good coach would have won at least one of the Superbowls (especially the Bills vs. Giants) The Bills GM during that era deserves most of the credit for that great team.
 
meh stupid poll, there are way to many great players that didn't make it to the game on that list (Barry Sanders comes to mined)
