Actually, it's been on all night, and is normally on for most of the night.

I actually just watched Kruk's segment, and he said that to the hitters, pine tar doesn't have an impact on what happens to the ball. He said the hitters only got upset when they did stuff like cutting or scuffing the ball, which would make it do unexpected things. He also said that if they want to do it, let them do it.

Then he said that if you're going to do it, hide it better.

So basically, his whole point is that it was basically a non-issue when it came to the hitters, and that he doesn't believe that pine tar should be a banned substance because it does nothing to disadvantage the hitters.

my OP was about him advocating cheating, i don';t care if it's pine tar, vasoline, corking, scuffing the ball, steroids... it doesn't matter. he is advocating cheating. just hide it is all.

thats a joke.

my OP was about him advocating cheating, i don';t care if it's pine tar, vasoline, corking, scuffing the ball, steroids... it doesn't matter. he is advocating cheating. just hide it is all.

And for the upteenth time, that wasn't his point at all. Saying that if you're going to cheat, hide it != you should cheat, and not get caught by hiding it.
