That said OU should be in the Championship game. There really needs to be a playoff. Every year with out fail, new glaring oversights by the BCS crop up.

you would think that at first but then seeing bob stoops brought to tears makes me think differently. he is going to tear his players a new one and never let them live that game down for the rest of the season since he won't be back next year.

I won't believe it until I see it (4:30 CST today, I believe). I think that is who *should* be playing, but I have a gut feeling LSU is going to get screwed.

USC's schedule just wasn't tough enough.

Edit: Although it hurts me to compliment a team I hate, I think Michigan would probably be worthy of a game in the national championship too. Unfortunately for them, they just blew a couple of games. So I guess they don't deserve it.

Wow, LSU playing for the National title. Nick Saban left Michigan State because he saw that no matter what he did he always was going to be second banana in the state. So, he goes to the down-and-out LSU and takes them to the big game.

Glad to see LSU in, they deserve it. It's a shame about USC, but until they have a playoff someone is always going to be screwed in the end. The good news for them is that they will probably get the AP vote as #1 if they beat Michigan in the Rose Bowl, the Coache's poll has to vote the BCS Champion as #1. Looks like we are headed for a split championship again.

Since they are so Hell Bent on keeping this whacky system, they should add a playoff game for position 2 and 3 with winner playing number 1 for the National Title.

Revenge for K-State. Had Ell not have fumbled at Austin, we would have won that game. Heck..had Ell not have gotten hurt early in the season, we would probably be in the National Championship.

I am, but LSU beat Auburn a lot worse than USC did. I'm not a LSU fan at all, but you USC people are being silly to suggest you were robbed. You had to have had a good team to have been robbed, and USC has played one top 25 team all year.
