i do my work at home and everyday from 2-3 Around the Horn and PTI are on...i never get any work done during that hour...and thats usually like prime working hour...
 
Around the horn isn't too bad but PTI is annoying. I can't stand watching two guys yelling at each other the whole show.
 
Not really a fan of AtH, but I do love PTI! 🙂

On a side note...just about ANYTHING keeps me from doing any work! :Q 😉 😱

Solution:
Exhibit some self control, and turn the TV off.
 
I dig PTI, but that Kellerman guy on Around the Horn annoys the crap out of me... 🙂

I waste more time on Discovery Channel and Animal Planet by far though.
