ESPN Classic is showing the 2006 Rose Bowl - arguably one of the best college games ever.

If I didn't already have the entire game on my DVR in HD I would watch. :D

When I look at Vince Young I see more Charlie Ward than I do Donovan McNabb but I really hope I am wrong because I adore him for laying the smackdown on USC. :)

I'm not even a Longhorn's fan, but the game, and especially Vince's play, gave me goosebumps.

I personally thought USC/ND was a more exciting game this year (not just because i'm a PAC 10 fan)

Lol, I don't even like Texas either, but I was glued to the tube while watching Young do his thing with my jaw down at my ankles! That performance was... a work of art.

Are you basing this on anything other than the incorrect Wonderlic scores that were reported?

If so you might want to rememeber that Dan Marino scored a 14, Steve McNair a 15, Donovan McNabb a 16 and a 12.

Many players who have taken it more than once have seen wide changes in scores like Jason Campbell from Auburn who went from a 14 to a 27 and then a 28. Jason White who went from a 21 to a 31. JP Losman who scored a 31 and a 14. Akili Smith who scored a 37 and a 15.

But I guess being in California you have had a lot of exposure to Vince Young and are judging his intelligence from personal experience. The weird thing is that I have actually met and talked with Vince on more than one occasion and I would never characterize him as one of the stupidest people alive.

Wonderlic scores mean everything. Alex Smith had a perfect score (I read that today on some Yahoo draft page) and he's going to throw 58 TD passes next year. Blindfolded. With his left hand. In the rain. Uphill. To Arnaz Battle.
