Hiya all... hope all is well. I'm a bit behind with selling second hand pcs now-a-days and was just wondering if anyone here might have some idea on how much I should try sell the following pc for (as a whole system, no separate selling of parts)...

I'm needing to sell my pc to get some money to pay me rent. Lmao. Can't believe it really!!

  • Intel Celeron 2.66Ghz
    1Gb DDR2 6400 Corsair
    500Gig Hdd
    Geforce 7300SE
    17" Flat Screen
    Gaming Case
    +- 7 fans (Cant remember)
    Mouse+keyboard
    No Operating system/software
    Wireless Card + software
    Wireless USB + software
    DVD Writer

I'm living in the Uk, so price would be in pounds... But I dont mind it in dollars either... I'll just convert it...

I thinking it would probably be somewhere around about £250 max...
Appreciate any replies :-D

Not supposed to ask about selling value of stuff here.

But...

New, those parts are probably <$300 today. Take off 20-30% because they are used, you're probably looking at no more than $200-250 (max) in US$ for that system.

If sold to knowledgeable buyers, that is. Find someone local who just needs a nice basic computer and you can probably get more for it.

Prolly 200 Euros. It is a basic pc... I'd say at least load Ubuntu linux on there tho.


 
Price checks are not allowed on the forums. From what I understand, they are trying to avoid auction-like scenerios. The best thing to do would be to check out the For Sale / Trade section or ebay to find something like your hardware to get an estimate.
