I have a 2004 Escape. It isn't to bad. I like it.

I also like the Chargers. I'd go with the Escape. I enjoy the utility part of it.

V8 or nothing for the Charger. I worked for a rental company for a few years and we had a lot of the V6 Chargers and let me tell you, they are pretty sad. Some other V6 cars we had like the Maxima and 325i would leave the Charger in the dust. It's just too dang cumbersome of a car for the measly V6 that is in there.

Is this car going to be just for you or for your family too? Seems weird to cross shop a Charger and an Escape.

The V8 Chargers are fun to drive...what's with the Escape as a choice..?

you know, it'd be awesome if we had a car forum so that all the car posts could go together.

My wife had an '02 escape and she liked it so we traded it in for an '08 escape. So far she's very happy with it.
