esata issues.

i just bought a p6t, and have a 1tb WD mybook with esata. the p6t shows the mybook in the bios, but i can't get it to come up in windows... i have all the proper marvel drivers installed, and the drive shows up just fine with usb. i have tried looking in device manager and in disk management... no dice... the other thing is with the HD connected via esata, it takes quite a while to boot up...

it's currently an XP pro system..
