eSATA + 3Gb/s + PCI-E durable value

Upgrading Abit IS7G Core2 Duo DDR2 system. Applications: streaming video, stock charts, web surf, email. Can anyone recommend a motherboard with on board eSATA, PCI-E, SATA 3Gb/s, RAID (1 or 5) that will allow use of Core i7 and old DDR2 RAM? Cost and stability matter.

ALL i3/i5/i7 compatible mobos use DDR3 memory.

Here's an H57-based mobo that does what you want, except for the DDR2 compatibility part. I'm not sure why you want an i7 for basic office work though. An i3 would work just as well at less than half the price.
