Errors when setting up a limited account on Windows XP Pro

I'm trying to set up limited accounts on my desktop. The problem occurs when starting Outlook in Office 2007. It starts to install personal settings, etc., then multiple Internet Explorer Sript Errors occur with blank information. I've gone into Internet Explorer but the debug option and display options are already set correctly. What do I do now?

If problems persist, you might want to temporarily make your Limited account an Administrator account, get your Outlook setup done, then switch the account back to Limited again.

I tried that, still didn't work. Once I have Outlook all setup with an Administrator Account, then switch it to a Limited account and open Outlook again, it initiates Outlook setup again and all the Internet Explorer script errors occur again.
