error with new 566 Celeron

I just got a 566 Celeron today to replace my 366 @ 550 and I put it in along with my Alpha peltier setup from http://www.pretestedcpus.com and it is giving me a blue screen of death on boot up and on shutdown. If you hit enter it runs fine(im useing it to type this message roght now)I havn't tried looping unreal or 3Dmark or anything yet I want to try and fix this error first.

My system specs are:
566 Celeron 2 with abit slokett 3
128MB Generic PC133 ram
Tnt 2

I also hooked up a second power supply to it.

I just figured it out. My sound card got knocked out when i was messing around inside the computer and when it would try and play a sound it would give an error because it wasn't in all the way. hope my soundcard still works.
