error with nba live 2k

i just installed nba live 2000, that my friend just gave me on my system. I have a dual partion of win2k/winme. i tried it using either os but when the game starts i get an exception handler error that says:

Unhandled Exception 0xC0000005 occurred at address 0x00672142
Address:0x00672142
Module: C:\program files\ea sports\nba live 2000\nbawin.icd


Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I emailed easports but they tried to help me out, but they didn't know what to do.

I had the same problem in 2K. But it ran fine in Millenium.
