error when trying to view PM

I'm trying to get into my PM history to clear it out and I keep getting an Error 400.

ps - I also got the same error when I posted this, but the posting did go through
 
I rebooted and the problem went away. I think I had a half-installed (needed to restart) IE upgrade that was mucking up the .cfm pages.

ps - I spoke too soon. I could view and clear out my PM's, but I still get the same error when posting.
