its the 3rd disk i made. i checked it on my laptop and it said the disk was fine

Are you sure the ISO that you're burning from is fine?

Why don't you order a free CD? It sounds like your ISO is bad though.

Did you verify the md5 of the ISO you downloaded to make sure it's good?
