Error when trying to install software: KEY: UNKNOWN\COMCTL.ListViewCtrl.1\CLSID

Here is the error I get after trying to install Nero, and another burning software:

Key: UNKNOWN\COMCTL.ListViewCtrl.1\CLSID


Any ideas? It won't let me install Nero or CDBurnerXP Pro, it hits that error and rolls everything back.
