Error when installing Windows?

I got a used computer for my kids, I reformated the hard drive, windows seems to install fine untill the first bootup, then I get the error. Invalid disk drive, there's no floppy disk in , any ideas.
 
You could have the bios set to load from the "A" drive make sure that the bios is set to load up from only the "C" drive only
