Error when booting my IT7... :-/

Just installed Abit IT7 et all, booted her up (kinda) and the clock thing which shows where it's getting stuck at in the BIOS lights up and goes through the numbers...

The last one before it dies is "C3" which according to the manual is "Expand compressed BIOS code to DRAM"...not sure really what that means...so I'm stumped on the boot.

*Had been so happy when he'd heard the quiet whiiir of the fans on the first attempt. 🙁*
 
Okay. Removed IDE devices and the RAM booted up can got further than usual, got an E1 error code. Looked that up in the manual to find it doesn't exist.

Great. *rolls his eyes*

Help...please.
