Error w/Acrobat

Getting an error when shutting windows xp down.

"Instruction @ 0X24002BCB referenced memory at (Same) the memory could be read.

Adobe Acrobat: Acroread32.exe. application error.

I installed the latest verion of adobe.

And there's no chance the user will use ANYTHING but acroreader.

Thoughts?
