error using ghost boot disk"not enough memory"

I have an error that says "Causway error 12:not enough memeory to load application" when using a ghost boot disk. This disk was works fine on 3 of the 5 servers. The other 2 servers have 2 gigs of ram, I think that is the problem. When I type "mem" at the a: prompt here
is what I have for memory allocation:

Conventional 437k free
High 1k free
Extended 0k free
Extended xms 0k free

How do I move some things down into conventional(if that is what needs to be done)?
Thanks, Zip

You don't say which version of Ghost you're running so the only thing left is a SWAG! 😛

Probably not enough disk space. Are you referencing a drive other than the boot floppy? Also go HERE and search on your product. Plenty of Causeway 12 errors that matched.

Good luck!
