Error on Windows 2000 Installation

Whenever I try to install Windows 2000 and the installation gets to the part where it copies the setup files, i get an "Unexpected Kernel Mode trap" and I have to restart. It says that I shoud check my memory and change my video adapter. I don't think that there is anything wrong w/ the adapter because it is an onboard chip and it works fine in ME. Does anyone know why i'm having this problem and how to fix it?

I'd say format your drive prior to installing, if you haven't done so already.
Other than that, you might have some bad parts...
