Question error on cinebench 15 open gl

i can complete the testing for the cpu with no issues, newbie here, and run the open gl, it renders, and the entire car photo is red and say, quote, "Open GL Reference Matching Test Failure! Errors in rendering are displayed in red pixels, the difference with the reference image is too great. The result is invalid for testing with." what the heck? I did the same test on a older laptop, and it had some render issues but completed and only ran like a 7fps, but did so. I have no idea what to do to get this to work. I did the system information and set to performance, currently on a laptop running windows 8, 64 bit, with Intel i5 3210M 2.5Ghz, 2 Core 4 Thread, 4.0 GB RAM, I believe it says Intel HD Graphics 4000? I ran a 262 on CB, but unable to render GL.
