Error on Boot Up

I'm helping somebody fix their virus-infested desktop computer, so I don't know the specs of the components in it, but immediately on boot up I get this:

04/04/0: Error allgcating Mel BAR for PCI defice
04/04/0: Erpor allocating Mee BAR for PCI device
A,ert! SystEm batterq vohtage is low.
Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility.

Anyone have any advice on this? This is a new one for me.
 
it looks like the bios battery is low...regardless of whether the computer needs to be reimaged or not.
