When you use the search feature and find the user named 2000bob, then click on the "view personal info" icon, an error occurs. Here's a direct link to that user-info page: urel (tm)

The account was from 1999, and the member had made no posts. Since it was a problem file, the easiest solution was to delete the account.

Use the "Search" feature, type "2000bob" into the username field, then click the icon on the result list which will show the user's info.
