Error Occurred While Processing Request

I've been getting this error for the past couple of days, mainly on this forum, but it does occur on other sites now and then. If I hit the back button and keep trying, it will load the page after 2-3 tries. I'm using XPpro, ZoneAlarm pro, and Norton. Also, I've been getting the "do you want to download and install "Flash" from Macromedia" box when logging in to this site, is this from the new forum upgrades?

"Error Occurred While Processing Request
Error Diagnostic Information
An error occurred while attempting to establish a connection to the service.

The most likely cause of this problem is that the service is not currently running. You can use the 'Services' Control Panel to verify that the service is running and to restart it if necessary.

Windows NT error number 2 occurred.

Please inform the site administrator that this error has occurred (be sure to include the contents of this page in your message to the administrator)."

It's from the obnoxious flash ads. Fortunately, Mozilla uses can easily block them.

This is a ColdFusion error, which is the backbone for AT's forum software. Since the upgrade to the new version of Fusetalk, CF errors have been getting more common. Not much you can do about it from your end.

The flash ad only popped up once, I clicked on "no" and haven't seen it again. The main problem is that error, at first I thought it was a forum problem, but now I get it on other sites as well (though not nearly as frequently as on here). I had to try 4 times to get back into "operating systems"... 🙁
