I am just learning how to burn CD's using my Plextor 12/10/32A. Im using Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4 ver. 4.02. Here's what happend:
I have my source CD in D: drive, a CD Rom device. My blank recordable in F: drive, my Plextor 12/10/32A. I used CD Copier to copy the whole CD. After what appears to be a completed copy cycle, the "Closing CD" step is checked, the tray opens, and the message "Errors reported by output device" appears. The error that occurred while writting the CD is identified as D0100:I/O error [02/FF/00]- Unexpected error. I am trying to burn At 12X and am using 700 MB Memorex CD-R's. What am I doing wrong? I have made 4 coasters and 2 good copies. Please help.
