error messages on startup

I just finished putting together my new computer, the specs are as follows:

Asus A7N8X-X Mobo
Athlon XP 3000+ CPU
Elsa GeForce FX 5700LE vid card
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz Sound Card
Lite On CD-RW
Samsung DVD-RW
Antec True Power 550W PSU


I just finished installing all the drivers and now when i start up the computer, right when it enters windows, i get 2 messages that pop up, the first is:

"cant open kernel driver asLM75.sys"

and the second:

"cant load AsmiHwIo.dll"

does anyone have any ideas as to what these mean and how to fix it?
 
did U install the ASUS temp probe ??? in most cases it is due to the probe utility .... uninstall it and see if that takes care of it
 
i uninstalled the probe and that took care of it. i have never had any problems with it in the past. thanks for the help.
