An Error message on booting my newly built system reads-

CPU is unworkable or has been changed. Please recheck - CPU SOFT MENU

I press F1 to continue and system seems to run normally?

Any ideas what this is?

This is a BIOS message? And it happens on every boot?

I installed a Dell version of Win XP Pro. I have a PD940 with ABIT AW8 board

Yep it happens on every boot and is a BIOS message
