Upon trying t access Outlook Express 5 I am now getting an error message that states "the application could be started". "The Message Store could not be opened" Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full, contact Micrsoft.......080040154.
Thena second window appears indicating that MSOE.DLL could not be initialized due to the file being either corrupt or an improper installation.
The application was fin until yesterday. I performed a DEFRAG and suddenly it is now inaccessible.
