After a fresh install of Windows XP Pro SP2, and the installation of a few programs i get this error message:

It's one of the kind that asks you if you wish to send it to Microsoft or not. I don't. I can't remember exactly when it started happening. i took everything out of the start up, via msconfig, except for ati related things. Anyone have any ideas? If you need more information let me know. Thanks.
